The aim of the Seminar was to point out the necessity to upgrade the seismic security of historic buildings. The Seminar included lectures concerning constructive methods and structural behavior of historic buildings in seismic areas. There were also presented methods of conservation and rehabilitation of ancient and historic buildings, as well as examples of restoration works.
